I had a bad hamstring injury that was preventing me from training. Alex was great, he got me back on the road in no time. I injured my shoulder skiing and suffer from general aches and pains in the shoulder and neck area. Alex fixed the problem and I continue to see him often and always feel great after. Friendly, Good advice and great a range of treatment including acupuncture. Top man

I went to see Dez with lower back problems, as I was in excruciating pain. After a detailed and thorough examination she told me the problem I was having with my back, and also demonstrated using a spine skeleton. Dez proceeded with the necessary treatment, manipulating my lower back (I really didn’t know my back could make such noises). As part of the treatment I also received a sports massage, this was just the best – starting to loosen those muscles that had tightened up in my lower back. I couldn’t believe when I stood up, the pain had just gone. My problem isn’t completely resolved, and I still see Dez on a regular basis. I would most definitely recommend anyone suffering with pain to see a chiropractor, and I can certainly recommend Dez from my own personal experience. Thanks Team.
